Please note: If your 550, 750, T85, ODP7II, ODP8II, or 1050 has been fully updated to version 2.5.14, these steps will not work and you will not be able to transfer your information from your old device. Please call our customer support team if you have any questions or issues
Please follow the directions below if you have a TND Tablet 70 or 80, OverDryve 7 Pro or 8 Pro:
- Install the latest Export Data app from RMS services onto your old TND Android device.
- Insert a Micro SD card into your old TND Android device.
- Open the installed Export Data app on your old TND Android device. The tool will show a list of available data to export.
- Select what data you would like to export and select the SD Card option to export.
- Tap the Export button to export data. The app will export data to CSV files in the “export/logs” folder.
- Remove the Micro SD Card and insert it into your TND 750.
- Install the latest Import Data app from RMS services onto your TND 750.
- Tap the Import Data app in TRUCK TOOLS.
- The Import Data app will display a list of available data to import.
- Select the data you would like to import.
- Tap the Import button to import data.
- Open the RAND NAVIGATION app and review the imported data. Please note that it may take up to a few minutes for the app to complete the process for large files.
Please follow the directions below if you have a TND 510, 520, 525, 530, 540, 710, 720, 730, or 740:
- Install the latest Import Data and Export Data apps from RMS services onto your TND 750.
- Insert a Micro SD card into your old TND device.
- Copy the “RM” and “Navi” folders from your old TND device to the Micro SD card.
- Insert the Micro SD card into your TND 750.
- Tap the Export Data app in TRUCK TOOLS.
- The app will show a list of available data to export.
- Select what data you would like to export.
- Tap the Export button to export data. The app will export data to CSV files in the “export/logs” folder.
- Tap the Import Data tool in the TRUCK TOOLS application.
- The Import Data app will display a list of available data to import.
- Select the data you would like to import.
- Tap the Import button to import data.
- Open the RAND NAVIGATION app and review the imported data. Please note that it may take up to a few minutes for the app to complete the process for large files.
