To correct an Application Error please complete a Diagnostics & Repair.

If the dock finds any issues with a file(s) on the unit it will provide an option to perform a repair. Click repair. Once the repair has completed, disconnect your device and allow it to power on to the main menu. The error will be removed and your device will function normally.
If the Rand McNally dock does not find any file(s) to repair or the repair option does not correct your issue, please call Technical Support for additional assistance.
