My device does not get a GPS signal, how can I fix this?

Steps to resolve the issue:
Ensure the device is connected to a WiFi or hotspot connection
Tap on the hollow square in the bottom of your screen > tap on Close All to the left to close all open applications
From the home screen, tap the gear icon in the top right > OverDryve Setup
Tap on GPS Repair and tap to scan. This will scan all navigational files on your software and make corrections if needed
Restart the device and return to Truck GPS to confirm the issue is resolved
If the steps for your device don't work, then please contact our technical team for further investigation
