Please follow the directions in the attachment named “RMS Update via Chrome” to install the RMS update, check for and download and install all new updates if available.

If the issue is not resolved by that document, please use the attachment named “TNDT80 Update via SD Card" as an alternate way to update the maps, followed by a restart of the device and then a check for updates via the Rand McNally Launcher.
